Cut Meat Out & Reduce Cancer Risk

Another article, the same story - no real surprise here.  The article states:

Analysis of data from 52,700 men and women shows that those who did not eat meat had significantly fewer cancers overall than those who did.

Keep in mind this was for Vegetarians, not Vegans...who presumably would have the lowest instances of Cancer because of the complete lack of animal products in the diet.  You can read the complete article here.

Vegan Thanksgiving

If you live in the US, chances are you're having a Thanksgiving meal today....and the chances are probably 1 in 100 that it'll be a fully Vegan one.

ANOTHER Beef Recall

Seriously, how many recalls in one year is this?  It's insane and disgusting - and really exposes just how messed up our meat industry is.  This time it's Nebraska Beef Ltd., with the recall of 531,700 pounds of ground beef.  My guess is this is going to get pretty large since the company which is recalling the meat is Kroger who also owns Ralph's, King Soopers, Fry's and a ton more supermarkets.

Oh, as an added bonus I was searching for Kroger on Google and check the hilarious sponsored search result on the right!
