So by now I’m sure that most of you Bay Area folks have heard the rumor that Amici’s Pizzeria is serving up vegan cheese pizza at all 11 of their Bay Area locations. Well, it’s true, and the pizza is AMAZING. So amazing, in fact, that I’m willing to bet that I’ve eaten my weight in vegan pizza in the past month.
They’re using Cheezly, (which is now officially my favorite vegan cheese) and they definitely don’t skimp on it- or any of their toppings for that matter. And the best part is that they deliver, so you can have this melty deliciousness delivered right to your home! Vegan pizza + not having to leave my home to get it = the best deal ever.
I hope Amici’s continues to be so good to us vegans- how awesome would it be to see a vegan chicken parmesan on the menu one day?!

Oh my god. That photo is making me so hungry! I know what I'm having for dinner- and possibly for every meal for the rest of my life.

Next time I am in town we are going. I am intrigued. I think the president of the united states should start eating Vegan deserts and show people that many are just as tasty if not tastier than conventional food. I also wonder if Cheezly is just as good.

Seriously. We eat FAR too much of this. Tell Karin to hook them up with Gardein!
